كيفية فرض الضرائب على أرباح التداول في الأردن

Because the results only confirm regulatory supervision and foreign-exchange rules, tax treatment should be verified with the competent Jordan tax authority and a local tax professional before trading.

The detail

Moving money in and out

The results indicate broadly liberal foreign-currency transfer rules: CBJ instructions say bringing in and sending out foreign means of payment is allowed without restrictions, and payment transactions may be executed without restrictions. However, banks still face prudential limits and reporting rules, and the CBJ imposes supervision under the money exchange law and related instructions.

CBJ foreign-currency instructions state that bringing in and sending out banknotes, coins, and Jordanian or foreign means of payment is allowed without restrictions, and that visible and invisible payment transactions shall be fulfilled without restrictions. The same instructions also say resident accounts in foreign currencies are allowed without restrictions at licensed banks, so payments are possible through regulated banking channels, subject to CBJ and bank compliance controls.

What this means for choosing a broker

Tax is charged on what you made, not on where the broker is. What the broker's location does change is the paperwork you will have: a local entity reports in الأردن, a foreign one does not, and the statement you file comes from whichever entity signed you.
